To get support for your theme, we need to verify your ThemeForest purchase and create an account. If your purchase code is valid, a username and password will be emailed to you. (What is this?)
- Login to your ThemeForest account.
- Hover over your username in the header and click Downloads.
- The item you purchased will have a link that says License Certificate. Click that link to download your license.
- Open the license and look for the Item Purchase Code, which is a long string of numbers.
- Copy the Item Purchase Code and paste it in the Purchase Code field below.
- Once your code is validated, your account will be created and a username and password will be emailed to you.
